Class fees are $5 per student per class attended.
Dancers who are interested in competing should check the Feis Information page of
the website for dates and locations. Please let me know which one(s) you are
interested in attending and I will explain the registration process to you.
All dancers should bring a small snack to eat before class begins. Also all dancers
must be wearing shoes, dance shoes ballet shoes or gym shoe. If we ever have to
leave the building for any reason it is important that everyone is wearing shoes. Also,
if you are in school, but not attending class either come downstairs to tell me or email
me before 2PM on the class day.
Dancer Safety: If a dancer is in school, but will not be attending the Irish dance class
on a particular day, I would appreciate it if you would send a note, email or have the
dancer come to the parish hall and tell me.
All dancers should have dance shoes, if it would be necessary to leave the building
for any reason everyone should be wearing shoes. Ballet shoes are acceptable. If
you are interested in purchasing Irish dance shoes and or poodle socks they can be
purchased at Donegal Imports located at 5358 W Devon in Chicago or online from
Ballinvilla Products at www.irishshoes.com.
Practice CDs and DVDs can be purchased for $7 each from Geraldine.
